Heather is our main doctor we see. She is knowledgeable and compassionate at all times. All the others we saw were wonderful too. No complaints from us. Thank you for being there.
I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and went to this place, I spent probably $3000 so if I were you, I would find a local doctor that is not affiliated with a hospital. hospitals test and treat you as if you were an outpatient and it is un affordable. I do have to say that the doctor was great. Listen to everything I had to say and that’s the only positive that I have in this place.
Seen for annual physical 7/9/25 - scheduled MONTHS in advance as such - billed incorrectly as a 99214 office visit (which it was NOT and should have been a 99396). Heather Lupole looked at my throat (I said AHHH), then my ears and then checked breathing. Scheduled 'normal' annual blood tests which were done same day (and one was compromised as it DID NOT reach the lab in time). The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable in my case. staff who call me today is not kind or nice , when processing some medical forms for patient for work benefits. health provider is the authorized to signed it, & requested by employer.
