Have never encountered rudest receptionist ever in my life. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was talking over me, not giving me enough time to finish my sentence. When I told her that she did not have to be rude and that I genuinely did not understand first time around what she was trying to explain - she hung up on me. Miserable and rude. Dr. Brian Chan refused to perform cataract surgery on my eye because I had Lazik and retinal surgery (vitrectomy and photocoagulation) in the past. He said risk increases from 1% to 5% to 10%. He suggested wearing a contact lens but I already tried that without success. I'm 67 years old and I want my quality of life now. So I went to the Bochner Eye Institute in Toronto and paid $3,750 for their diamond package. They also offer less expensive packages. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr Elizabeth Lee. She walked me through the process and answered all my questions, 4 weeks later I had my first eye done and was amazed at the clarity & color I can now see, 3 weeks later I had the 2nd eye done also no problems, excellent care, I cannot say enough kind words to Dr Lee for a job well done. Thank you !
As you walk in the door you can feel staff are not friendly..They don't have time to greet you or give you more information about the procedure..EYE Test..I felt so nervous and disappointed to Dr. ELIZABETH LEE..She treated me for the like a child when she's doing the eye test.. she don't have patient at all..so I'm not comfortable with her to do any eye treatment and I Cannot recommend to anyone..
