UPDATE: Had a call back from corporate and the Hamilton office will be getting a call to go over their customer care service. I was also thanked and appreciated for years of being a customer. He made me feel like my years of being a client were important and agreed that was no way to treat a customer. Thank you Todd for calling me back and really listening. Worst company i've ever dealt with they tell you a date they are going to deliver and then don't actually deliver, and then nobody will get back to you about when they're actually going to deliver and then they just show up randomly and deliver. Don't even try to call the office because nobody answers the phones. Been dealing with them for almost 2 years now and have had problems like this every time I have ordered propane. Corporate doesn't do anything either.
The worst customer service ever. Won’t call you back then call corporate and they hang up on you. I would never recommend this company to anyone
