I signed up with them for residential propane 10 years ago when they were Hamilton Propane. Stuck with them through the transition to CHS, Endeavor Ag, and then Keystone Cooperative. In the CHS and Endeavor days, their customer service was still quite good, but recently they've been adding a tank rental fee that they claim they "should have been charging all along" ... however, when I signed up with Hamilton, it was specifically because they *didn't* have a tank rental, and in fact during the transition to Endeavor's billing... read more
Delivers late and charges bs fees
UPDATE: Had a call back from corporate and the Hamilton office will be getting a call to go over their customer care service. I was also thanked and appreciated for years of being a customer. He made me feel like my years of being a client were important and agreed that was no way to treat a customer. Thank you Todd for calling me back and really listening.
