I came here in 2024 and was seen by a NP. My experience was disappointing and the NP needs to take further courses in bedside manner. My issues and concerns were essentially ignored. Thankfully, I was able to go else where and receive the scope with no pushback. Would not recommend if you care about advocating for your health- they do not care.
I recently attend this clinic. My appointment was only a short time after the referral and the endoscopy procedure followed shortly after. Dr Fergani was attentive to my history and offered explanations. On the day of the procedure the staff were friendly and did their roles in a timely way. The anesthesiologist did a great job and I was not even aware the procedure was done. Before I was discharged from the clinic I had a report that included images and a followup appointment. Awesome 1st experience! 2 procedures in under an hour! I cannot believe how well that went. :)
We had an appointment MADE for 12:15…. They are unorganized with scheduling appointments and staying true to the time frame. 20 - 30 minutes late the odd day is ok But over an hour wait every time your here is unacceptable Make your appointments more spread out so everyone’s not waiting multiple hours to get in
