Cannot recommend this place to anyone because they did absolutely nothing to help me. The only advice they gave me was to take metamucil fiber. Obviously I'm taking fiber they really didn't do anything to help me at all horrible place all they do is just tell you it's just a side affect there is nothing I will help you with your medical problem I was literally told right to my face there's nothing that'll help me with and this came from the doctor they were like oh well good luck
Dr. Fergani and his staff at Hamilton Endoscopy Center are amazing! Friendly, caring, and professional – they truly make patients feel comfortable and well looked after. Excellent care from a team that knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend!
Doctor did not care about my pain or issues. He did not even perform an examination. I was supposed to be referred to a surgeon 2 years ago and they have never called me back or followed up. Hate that I have to live my life like, constantly in pain. Hate that I wait so long for an appointment to be dismissed and ghosted by a doctor like this. Thanks for ensuring I don't enjoy life anymore.
I came here in 2024 and was seen by a NP. My experience was disappointing and the NP needs to take further courses in bedside manner. My issues and concerns were essentially ignored. Thankfully, I was able to go else where and receive the scope with no pushback. Would not recommend if you care about advocating for your health- they do not care.
I recently attend this clinic. My appointment was only a short time after the referral and the endoscopy procedure followed shortly after. Dr Fergani was attentive to my history and offered explanations. On the day of the procedure the staff were friendly and did their roles in a timely way.
