If i could choose minus stars i would. We have had the lift in our building out of service for 3 weeks now. My husband is on the strata committee and has called numerous times but is just told lies about when parts are arriving amd fed excuse after excuse. Would not recommend. Worst service- actually zero service!
Worst service and elevator !!! Nobody conduct business with this company. The lifts are so noisy and always out of service! They’re rude and send out their technicians for it to only fail again within hours.
Hamilton Elevators continues to send contractors who fix absolutely nothing. They spend a few minutes on-site, fail to address the root cause, and then promptly send us a bill for "repairs." It is clear that Hamilton Elevators is more interested in generating service fees than actually ensuring their equipment is safe and functional. They are happy to collect our money while leaving our residents in a dangerous situation. Avoid this company at all costs if you value safety, transparency, or competent engineering.
I am a landlord for a unit in Guildfod and these guys rather than fixing the core problem just leech of our strata funds. The lift has failed many times with residents stuck in the lift; sometime for long periods
Managed to drop a set of keys down the elevator shaft while moving in to my new apartment. The two staff who assisted me were very kind and understanding and got the keys back to me super quick. Thanks
