This company comes out services lifts, provides incorrect false reports, whilst the lifts thump jolts and makes noises, people get trapped and the lifts do not travel to basement. Do your research before entering into a contract with these guys

Living With Their Lifts Has Been a Nightmare We’ve had two Hamilton Elevators installed in our building since 2021, and ever since then, life in my apartment has been disrupted by an incredibly loud “bang” every time the lifts stop.
