Hamilton Elevators NSW have been AMAZING with retrieving my daughter’s keys that dropped into the lift well at her apartment block. Helen organised for the keys to be found, collected and returned to my daughter within an hour of us calling and at an amazingly well priced call out fee (within business hours). The worst service that you will ever get. 3rd class service, there people cant even fix a lift, everytime they come to fix it wont even last 10 hours. They cant even diagnose and see what is the problem. This company is only here to rip off the customer.
If i could choose minus stars i would. We have had the lift in our building out of service for 3 weeks now. My husband is on the strata committee and has called numerous times but is just told lies about when parts are arriving amd fed excuse after excuse. Would not recommend. Worst service- actually zero service!
Worst service and elevator !!! Nobody conduct business with this company. The lifts are so noisy and always out of service! They’re rude and send out their technicians for it to only fail again within hours.
Hamilton Elevators continues to send contractors who fix absolutely nothing. They spend a few minutes on-site, fail to address the root cause, and then promptly send us a bill for "repairs." It is clear that Hamilton Elevators is more interested in generating service fees than actually ensuring their equipment is safe and functional. They are happy to collect our money while leaving our residents in a dangerous situation. Avoid this company at all costs if you value safety, transparency, or competent engineering.
