Edit: After four years of complaints Hamilton Elevators have installed some kind of noise reduction device which has improved the noise considerably. It's a shame that it took 4 years to resolve this noise. I considered removing this review, but it is honest and came at a cost of four years of a horrendous noise. This company comes out services lifts, provides incorrect false reports, whilst the lifts thump jolts and makes noises, people get trapped and the lifts do not travel to basement. Do your research before entering into a contract with these guys
