I thoroughly recommend using this company! I first contacted HDS in search of a replacement remote for one of our garage door openers using the email option on their Website. Teri replied saying that they didn’t carry the one I needed but suggested a couple of other places that I could try. I also went online to review garage door openers and found out that the one we had was regarded as unsafe, (it was a pre 1999), due to the lack of safety features, there were no sensors to prevent it closing on someone/thing.
