I called their office just as they closed on Friday night and left a nessage about a broken garage door. Someone picked up the message over the weekend and showed up early on Monday and fixed it. Now that us service. Guess where our next new garage door is coming from.
Called today and within two hours a tech was on site and replaced my cables and leveled two garage doors. Joe was professional personable and did an excellent job. Thumbs up all around!
From start to finish, I have to say that HDS was good to deal with. The customer service when setting up my appointment was straightforward and I was quoted a price that they stuck to. The Technician (Joe) came earlier than expected which is always a bonus. He was polite, thorough and was quick to complete his work. I would recommend HDS for any garage door or opener repair.
Best company ever!!!! Terri on reception was so understanding and investigated every possibility to save me money. And Joe! He fixed my door in the twinkle of an eye and was so friendly and courteous. They salvaged my garage door - a new hinge instead of a whole new door! Thank you all so very much!!! You are awesome!
Purchased a new garage door opener from them a few years ago. Great installation experience. This week, my springs broke, requiring replacement. Joe came out the next day, quickly confirmed the issue and replaced the springs in under an hour. When he was done, he lubricated the door hardware and confirmed everything was in good order. Terrific customer service from people who are clearly experts at what they do. I'd highly recommend them.
