My garage door cable snapped recently and the wheel popped out of the track. I called HDS and their customer service was very helpful with setting up my appointment. The rep, Joe, showed up on time and was very pleasant. He explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. I wasn’t watching the clock but swear he was only there for 20 mins.
