Couldn't be better. Straightforward pricing. Teri helped design the door we wanted. It came in ahead of time. Brad did a great installation..even knocked down a hornet nest. He even pointed out a defect that we wouldn't have even noticed and will fix. 5 stars all the way.
I’ve been using HDS for years now and have been consistently satisfied! I know I can count on them to have the parts I need, and to do the work quickly without issue. The customer service has been great when I’ve needed to reach out with questions. Being located in Ancaster makes it very convenient as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Over the years with various buildings I have owned or built I have used Hamilton Door Systems on the last 6 garage doors and can't say enough about the high quality service and workmanship I have received. The most recent example was I had a hinge break on my main garage door. The door would open ok but was making a rubbing sound and would not close. It would start down then jam and go back up.
