Always prompt and very friendly.
Worst place ever. Drove an hour for them to tell me my insurance wasn’t accepted. They lied to me on the phone.
My fiance had an appointment at 9am today and when we arrived there was no one there. Her appointment was set up and scheduled through social security. I get that it's the day after Thanksgiving but yall really should post on your doors if you're going to be closed or opening later and specify the time. Yall also didnt inform the social security office...big no no. Do better.
Ensure that you ask how much the services are before you have them performed. We were shocked at the cost for one x-ray. Then we learned that the x-ray was not acceptable for use at the specialist, so the specialist performed their own for a third of the cost. I just feels like the services rendered do not line up with the absorbent cost. We should have waited. As far at the staff, they were pleasant. No issues there.
