Hamilton Cove has one of the worst and most disorganized building management teams. Their staff constantly changes. The management operates like bandits. They repeatedly charge tenants for different, meaningless reasons. One of the latest excuses was insurance. I purchased insurance immediately after signing the lease. Leasing agent Kacy is AMAZING, we toured 30+ buildings and she was definitely #1 (most professional, most patient, most helpful, most responsive). Showed us around the building multiple times and everything was perfect. She is really a true gem and really helped us super fast whenever we needed something.
