The apartment maintenance team responded very quickly to my service request, and Alex and Sal replaced the AC promptly. Really appreciate their help and professionalism!
Management team never makes themself available. They tell you to set up an appointment to talk, then arent in the office when you come for the appointment. If you see all of the positive reviews its clearly because the maintenance team asks for them. Which yes maintenance guys are nice here. However there is constant issues with the appliances , theres leaks all the time in this building. Fire alarms go off ALL THE TIME. They do not work with you at time of renewal. Time is king
Maintenance is great - Sal and Alex are always so responsive and respectful
I've been living here for 2 years and absolutely love it. Huge shout out to the maintenance and management teams who are always super responsive! Especially Sal and Alex - I submitted a minor maintenance request online yesterday and they came to address my issue within the hour. They were able to fix it within 5 minutes and couldn't have been nicer - such a great team!
