Maintenance is great - Sal and Alex are always so responsive and respectful
I've been living here for 2 years and absolutely love it. Huge shout out to the maintenance and management teams who are always super responsive! Especially Sal and Alex - I submitted a minor maintenance request online yesterday and they came to address my issue within the hour. They were able to fix it within 5 minutes and couldn't have been nicer - such a great team!
We've been living here since 2021, and I'm impressed by the ongoing quality of the apartments and amenities. Maintenance specifically has been extraordinary. Sal and Alex have been incredibly communicative, efficient, and kind. If anything is broken or requires repair, they will come by usually within 24 hours. Overall, the staff has been amazing. Highly recommend living here!
I give 5 stars because the current administration office staff are professional and excellent to work with, including the maintenance supervisor.
I want to thank Alex for his great service. He handled the issues very quickly and professionally. He fixed the dishwasher handle and also changed the LED bulb efficiently. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Really appreciate his quick response and excellent work!
