There are reviews dating back 5 years mentioning frequent fire alarms and it's still happening 🫠 most recently the alarm went off on 8/21, 8/24, 9/20 & 9/27 It is so loud and disruptive, there has to be a solution
Hamilton Cove management is extremely disappointing—poorly organized, poor communication, and constantly focused on fees. It often feels like the moment you sign the lease, management starts looking for new ways to charge you. We have even been charged for insurance we already had, and recently faced additional charges involving our previously approved ESA. Sal and the entire maintenance team are a pleasure to work with. No matter the issues they are always here to help. From air conditioning to washing machine issues, they have always been helpful and respectful of my apartment. I’m grateful for them as I’ve lived in buildings where maintenance doesn’t fix a thing.
Wonderful building, just steps away from Hoboken, the ferry, Whole Foods, and a plethora of restaurants Fantastic staff, and beautiful amenities :) P.S. The maintenance guys are the BEST…Sal and Alex took care of us each time we had an issue, and really stood by their word each time we had a maintenance related issue
Not sure why all the negativity on their review page, but the leasing office is super accommodating and willing to help make HC your apartment feel like home Community + Events are awesome and inclusive (the attached photo of me is winning the raffle prize at the cocktail event) Thank you again for everything, HC!
