Have lived here for 14 months and just renewed. Very happy here. The maintenance team is great too. They take great care in the quality of their work and are very responsive. Recently had Sal and Alex fix an outlet issue in my apartment and it was a very pleasant experience.
Alex and Sal fixed our bedroom door which was not closing when we moved in and was bothering a lot. We requested for help in the morning, came already before noon and even offered to come back if it wasn't convenient timing for us. They checked the real issue rather than just following what we said was an issue and did more than we asked for which was fixing the door to close but also till repainting the door.
