Nothing but thieves very very very bad place to live
Hamilton Court Apartments are one of the best deals in Columbus for a good product . The Management team are very hands on and active in providing the best possible service to the tenants . Any negative reviews from the past are probably coming from people who couldn't pay there rent and got evicted or did damage or lived like pigs to attract and produce roaches. If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. They owner is a slumlord, he won't fix or take care of the property at all.. I've never lived in a now upside down place in my life. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There is a known bug problem and nothing gets done about it. The people that live behind me had bed bugs, the guy beside us was a car hoarder & all around the apartments around us talked about having roaches.
