Never emailed text or called just turned off electricity
As long as we have been with Hamilton Electric, they have been absolutely wonderful. They saw us through the Freeze a few years back and last night through the storm which I thought it had knocked out my power to the house, but it was just a tripped circuit. Needless to say, they were here in minutes and a BIG Thank you goes out to you All.
Have been with HCEC since 2008. Anytime we have a power outage, they are right on top of getting it repaired. Horrible storms in Goldthwaite last night knocked out power. It was restored within 3 hours. Appreciate what you all do for customers.
I had an outage at my home outside town. Repairman was here within 35 mins and trying to get power up and running. He had power restored in just about an hr and a half or less,which is way faster than the previous company . I can't thank them enough for being so prompt!
