I had an outage at my home outside town. Repairman was here within 35 mins and trying to get power up and running. He had power restored in just about an hr and a half or less,which is way faster than the previous company . I can't thank them enough for being so prompt!

Horrible customer service by a male receptionist named Jack asI would not recommend it if you have a choice. I would choose a different company but unfortunately they are the only ones that service my area.

Random power outage with no ability to reach anyone. They have an emergency line that's supposed to be 24 hours, but when you call it it just hangs up on you.
