Let me start off by saying if I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in to be seen yesterday because I have been very sick, and to start with the nurse's assistant didn't do my covid + flu test properly, barely inserted it into my nostrils. So of course the tests came back negative. Provider came in and didn't check me for a sinus infection or anything else, gave me a steroid shot refusing me antibiotics saying I had to wait 7 days before they would offer antibiotics. The staff was very polite and sweet but I had went in because I am prone to sinus infections and I asked to be checked for it and also tested for strep. They said I came back negative for strep and they just gave me a steroid shot but never checked me for a sinus infection. I waited it out for 2 days and my symptoms were worsening. My husband went yesterday because he was feeling terrible. They tested him for Covid and the flu and when tests were negative they sent him home. He told me he felt like they rushed him and did nothing. Things took a turn for the worse and I decided to take him to the ER to fine out he has pneumonia. It’s upsetting considering he paid almost $500 out of pocket and kept our 5 month old son last night. If you’re looking to be swabbed & rushed out this is the place for you
I had a terrible experience as a returning patient. I normally have relatively good experiences but I was spoken to like I was a child by somebody young enough to be my child. They sent a student in by herself to consult me. She had an argument for everything I tried to tell her. They wasted my time and money. I learned my lesson and got the treatment I needed from my Primary who usually never has an opening.
