Let me start off by saying if I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in to be seen yesterday because I have been very sick, and to start with the nurse's assistant didn't do my covid + flu test properly, barely inserted it into my nostrils. So of course the tests came back negative. Provider came in and didn't check me for a sinus infection or anything else, gave me a steroid shot refusing me antibiotics saying I had to wait 7 days before they would offer antibiotics.
