Awful. This is where my elderly neighbor goes and I make most of her appointments and take her there. It's painfully difficult to make an appointment or talk with a human. They promise tests or whatever and don't follow through. She has several medical conditions yet has never been seen by a doctor there. My vet clinic is 100% more responsive and caring than Hamilton.
