Hamilton North Dental is full of bs! It's always something with this Dental office. I made an appointment last week for today 1/16/26 at 10am. Took off work just to get here and them tell me they didn't make the appointment, I can wait to see if the 10:30 appointment show smh I'll be going back to the Burton office
My daughter made an appointment with this office she has no dental insurance but she has an infected tooth they made her pay up front for an x-ray and then said she needed a root canal when she went there she told them she needed it pulled and they refused because they want the money for the root canal. I would not suggest this dentist when he cares more about money over a person's safety
I went here and spent six months and had multiple issues. I actually left a review explaining it all on the Hamilton main site. People were nice but I spent months in pain and still cannot eat a year later because of what they did to my mouth. They removed a bridge because they might have had to remove the tooth it was attached to. Well, the new Dr. I went to didn't have to remove that tooth and I still have no bridge. All was good until my last visit. Was very unhappy with my visit 8/21/25. Low income patients should not feel condisended against especially from the dentist. I was hurt by her actions. Makes me wanna just leave this place. I in no way deserved to be talked to like she did to me. You are the to help & I've always respected each of you for being here for us. I expect respect also. Do better.
