I went here and spent six months and had multiple issues. I actually left a review explaining it all on the Hamilton main site. People were nice but I spent months in pain and still cannot eat a year later because of what they did to my mouth. They removed a bridge because they might have had to remove the tooth it was attached to. Well, the new Dr. I went to didn't have to remove that tooth and I still have no bridge. All was good until my last visit. Was very unhappy with my visit 8/21/25. Low income patients should not feel condisended against especially from the dentist. I was hurt by her actions. Makes me wanna just leave this place. I in no way deserved to be talked to like she did to me. You are the to help & I've always respected each of you for being here for us. I expect respect also. Do better.

Must be nice to get paid talking on your phone and always getting up multiple times and being outside to talk to whomever on the phone. You're supposed to be a (security guard) but you're not even good at that every time I go to this place he's always on his phone outside talking to whomever on the line. I wish I could get paid at work and be on my phone the entire shift.

They just canceled the new appointment for Aug 4th that they canceled on me 3 weeks ago to reschedule, now they want to reschedule me again. I talked to the supervisor but she said it's normal and this happens all the time because they're short doctors. Unacceptable unacceptable unacceptable. These guys have canceled on me probably four times in the last year and every time they cancel on me I have to wait 3 weeks for another appointment. Cancel on me again today an appointment for July 10 and they changed it to August 4th. like come on. If they weren't the only ones that took my insurance I wouldn't come here. The staff is nice The only reason I give it two stars. Mind you I've had six appointments and they have canceled four. I don't know if they just don't like to work or what.
