Why don't they ever open on time but then complain if we don't call at exactly 9am? And its kind of hard to want to call your doctor when reception makes it a nightmare.
Been with Dr Smosarski for almost 20 years now and he’s phenomenal-sure u wait longer to get into your appt even tho it’s booked but he’s worth the wait. The issues w this clinic is the reception staff. Previous staff like Kathleen and Amalia were great but the new staff (Kelly and Krista?) and others are deplorable. They decided my appt should be in person and didn’t contact me and when I called the next day again argued and hung up rather than apologize. 15 years with dr manethu and always taken medication as directed. The last 2 years she's become rushed and dismissive. I spend an hour each way trying to travel for a 2 minute appointment where the answer is more bloodwork and/or more sertraline. NANCY IS HORRIFYING!!!!!!!!!!! This clinic has the best physicians, but its quite unfortunate that they have a horrid front desk staff. I was out of my medications - and because the doctors are so busy I couldn't get an appoint until October (I booked in August). I called like I always do to get my mediation refilled until my in person appointment, Nancy answered the phone, and I couldn't get in a word.
