Not given meds for 7 days then told again twice that fax was sent to pharmacy but hasn't been,talked to Dr and said it would b sent and told by his assistant it was but not sent either time nothing but lied to and given run around by staff may have to report to collage of physicians they don't care about people at all of they can do this to someone!
The real issues I have are the absolutely deplorable staff on the phones. I've only dealt with one lady who was nice but I always feel worse getting off the phone with everyone else. I've finally decided it's time to change after this incident that started yesterday: I needed 2 of my medications (Sertraline & Amitriptyline) refilled. I called my pharmacy and they told me "You have no repeats but we will fax over a request to your doctor and have them sent out to you today." I was passed onto this centre after my precious doctor retired, and did not have a good experience. Every appointment was very difficult, and I never felt heard by who I was speaking to. Receptions often referred to me as “sweetie” over the phone. I am a grown woman. I felt infantilized and ignored during many appointments. I have since moved and found a doctor who was restored my faith in healthcare. I do not recommend this centre.
Dr. Greenspoon’s secretary is a nice lady, very empathetic on the phone. They offer in-person, same day, and phone appointments. Digital system “Medio”, for booking appointments and gathering information…
