Robin and Jamie could not have been more helpful in sorting out setting up a new TV for my parents. The work was done overnight and Robin called to say the work was done the next morning. Such nice, helpful people and great to have such a useful resource available locally.
Bought a TV last week, and couldn’t be more pleased!! Great advice, great service, great all round. And the TV comes with a 7 year warranty…. GREAT!!
The store was aware of the issue I was experiencing after going to the shop to speak to them and rang for assistance the next day. I had mentioned to them in the local magazine they advertise doing a free site visit to which they acknowledged. Came to my property to be advised I had to simply retune the TV but charged me £80 for it.
