If 0 stars were an option I would pick it. Be careful going here or taking your children here, as they’ll allow therapists to cancel appointments on you/your children day of, but if YOU miss an appointment they will drop you & cancel all future appointments.
I've been going here for 13 years now and this place truly feels like home. The receptionists are always sweet, friendly, and helpful and my therapist always greets me with a smile and listens attentively. She always makes me feel safe and comfortable to talk to her about anything.
With multiple debilitating diagnosis's of autism, ocd, ptsd, as well as major depressive disorder and after years of therapy with them they refuse to fill out a simple daily functional assessment form required by social security for disability cases leaving those further suffering. Incapable of even providing consistent treatment. Weekly appointments turns into monthly only adding to patient distress instead of helping to ease it. My husband has seen them 3 times. They refuse to get him on medicine even though he clearly needs it. He had a mental breakdown and psychosis tonight and became agitated and aggressive. Probably could have avoided that if this place did their job. I lost my marriage because of the unstable mental crisis he’s gone through that he has BEGGED this place to help him with. Zero stars if it were possible.
