Bunch of clowns that can't do their job right, everytime they schedule an appointment and when I show up at the time appointed they say that I wasn't scheduled for this day and i have to reschedule for another day and then i show up again its the same crap, it happend to me 4 times and they always have an attitude over it and after the 4th time i went off at the lady at the desk which she deserves it, how pathetic at least the one in Terre Haute knows how to do their job right, what a great place to go when you have mental h... read more
If your looking for a place that changes rules and policies on a dime and doesn't communicate those changes till the last minute. This is your place. Staff turnover is ridiculously high. And The customer service is less than spectacular, better off speaking to people in India over thier Brazil Office in Indiana. Oh and if they mess up (they do often) don't ask about filing a complaint becuase they will just ban you from services so they don't have to be accountable for anything.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you need to get mental health services, especially if you have a minor in crisis, take the drive to Terre Haute. Unprofessional is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Communication is not even an option. They don't do thier jobs, they try and cover up their incompetentence with blame shifting or just outright lies. If you or a loved one needs help to navigate the trials and tribulations of a mental health crisis, please learn from our mistakes.
