I had a great experience at this office, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionists in particular made this experience so much better for me! I would highly recommend Dr. Dina as she was very professional and kind.
Rude and not worth going. Went inside and the south Asian receptionist was on her phone while I was trying to communicate with her, took her few minutes to even bother looking up with a stoic face. Unprofessional, hire better staff or make them undergo better professional training.
Very rude, they never answer my calls anytime I try to book an appointment their always rude about it, my family doctor is rude to me I’m not going there anymore
Dr. Mazin Rassam has been my doctor for many years - up until a month or so ago. I’ve never had anything bad to say about him in the past - I would often recommend him to others. However, a few months ago I went to see him again for ongoing issues I’ve been having for years. When I finally had the courage to advocate for myself, and push for further tests to find answers, he laughed in my face, told me there was nothing he could do, and to find another doctor. I just want to share are experience. The receptionist are very rude do not have a good customer service. Very unorganized, the way they talk to patients and customer is very unprofessional. 88 years old patient and make us go back and forth.
