Just sent my son over to this car wash he has a white Ford Focus I have to say worst exterior and interior cleaning I have seen. I was going to send him back with my daughters car but no way after seeing what a poor job they did.
I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years at the Hamilton Car Wash featuring Neoglide. However, today after getting home from the wash I realized that over $10 in change was taken from my vehicle. I called after already deciding to not go back anymore and was put through to a manager. I was just there for an Ultimate wash and it was anything but. I had to ask for a rag to wipe off a spot on my windshield. They don’t dry the door jams and the back window was all streaked and that is what I can see from the drivers seat. They used to be really good years past but no longer worth the expense.
Car is always clean and shiny. Latest technology, great customer sevice .
They know exactly how to handle Tesla's especially Model X. I have been using them for over 40 years. Excellent service.
