Had an awful experience here today. After having regular maintenance done on my car at the Honda Service center, my receipt said I was entitled to a free car wash by giving my receipt to the attendant. I pulled into the car wash line, but there was no attendant to be found. A line was building up behind me and I was pressing the "help" button, but no attendant was to be found. Horrible experience. Took my brand new car for its first wash. When I went inside to register the lady at the desk was extremely rude and clearly did not want to be there. After going through the wash it caused damage to my brand new car. I called and left several messages to speak with someone to get it fixed, all messages went unretured. Finally had a chance to go back out there in person and again the lady at the desk was extremely rude. She won't look at you or acknowledge your presence.
