Gave the one star because you have too! Communication was great until i got my car, they never sent my log book away, had to pay dvla £25 for a replacement. They never sent me the paperwork for the 6 months AA warranty that apparently comes with you car! Also my car had a dent and scratches that they said they would fix, i gad to go into hospital and arranged for them to fix when i got out. Tried to contact them several times, they don't answer any messages and delete your reviews on Facebook! I only wish i had read the goog... read more
I would highly recommend HCS to anyone who is looking for car or need repairs/servicing and MOT done the guys ar spot on and know there stuff. I'm a returning customer and will definitely be getting new cars from them in the future thanks again lads
