If I could leave 0 stars I would. Appalling and disgraceful business which I strongly advice anyone not to buy from. We brought a car which was not road worthy and incredibly dangerous, our family was put at risk. This is unforgivable. Please avoid

If there was the possibility of offering negative stars, it would be too nice for this car sales business. I have emailed and made all attempts to make contact with the management team to discuss the excess damage that has come to light since purchase, less than 6 months ago, and cost nearly as much as the car cost in the first place. Taz would not respond, and when I did get through, he claimed not to work there any longer. Please avoid like the plague.

Bought a car in May 2022 from these people. I’ve since spent over £1000 on repairs/new tyres etc. Even the spare tyre was damaged. Whenever I telephoned and was lucky enough for the phone to be answered, I was always told someone would ring me back. They seldom did. Had to have some work done within the 6 month ‘warranty’ period just to find afterwards that the parts fitted failed and that the garage they used to do the work employed probably the rudest people I’ve encountered. DO NOT buy from Hamilton cars. The owner Ali is a liar and a thief. Recently bought a car from them, only to find there are multiple issues with the car, as well as being told multiple lies during the process. He knew i was vulnerable and took advantage. I asked for a refund well within my 30 days and all he could say was “well that’s not going to happen is it” and hasn’t answered the phone since.
