Finished my car wash and found out the air dryer is broken. My car has a nice coating of ice now.
I paid for a full automatic car wash. There was a car in the bay so I waited. The first car was done and the door opened for me. The car in front of me hesitated and the door came down onto my car. I quickly backed up and the door completely shut just missing my car. I then waited and the first car left. The door did not open to let me in. The place to pay displayed the bay was temporarily closed. I looked for where to report the problem but did find anyway to do so.
