came in on an emergency for misfiring cylinders @8AM and was out the door a little after 9AM. Extremely reasonable price given the situation and turnaround time. Couldn't recommend these guys enough - especially to out of towners.
We were on our way from Corpus Christi to Wichita and ran over something in the road that pulled an underpanel off a little bit, enough to make worrying noises. Pulled into Hamilton Car Care and Miguel had it up on the rack within minutes. He fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and we were on the road. Professional, courteous, eager to help, and for far less than we thought it would be. We highly recommend them!
I was driving back to Austin, after visiting my daughter at Tarleton, at 4:45pm, when a low engine oil light appeared on my new car. I stopped in, and Alex and his team quickly determined that no problem existed. Alex explained the situation, and taught me a few things about my car that will be useful going forward. They got me back on the road home, with no fuss. Honesty, integrity, and friendly service is what you will find here!
Our daughter was coming through Hamilton from Stephenville, and ran over a tire in the road. My husband called, with 15 minutes till closing and on a Friday, told them the situation, they helped her right away and got her back on the road. Thank you! It is a wonderful thing to know their is wonderful people still left in this world. It puts these parents at peace.
I happened to be driving through from Fort Worth on the way to Kerrville and desperately needed an oil change. I walked in and let them know what I was needing, and they got me in right away and got my oil changed in 45 minutes. Great guys and will be happy to do business with them again.
