Sam and his team were absolutely amazing. Hamilton Building and Constructions attention to detail, combined with their business ethics is a formula for a perfect outcome for their customers. I will be recommending them to everyone I speak to. Their communications are spot on, they keep you updated right throughout the project and then follow up to make sure everything meets your expectations.

Sam, Jarred and Bill were fabulous to deal with throughout our whole project (laundry and bathroom reno in our 100 year old home). Communication and collaboration was easy and there was no guessing when it came to timeline or price. Sam and his team are very professional and friendly and their quality of work is outstanding! Extending the project (when I decided I wanted a walk in robe and a few other jobs done) was a breeze too. We have already engaged Hamilton Building and Construction for our next project!

When we were looking for a builder to update our kitchen, ensuite, and laundry, we asked our electrician if he knew anyone locally that could assist us. He instantly recommended Sam from Hamilton Building and Constructions. From the initial meeting with Sam to subsequent catch ups regarding designs, right through to the end result, we have had nothing but a pleasurable experience. Sam and the team were extremely helpful, kept in constant communication, and the end result is wonderful, exactly as we envisioned it would be.

Sam and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom/laundry renno. His communication and attention to detail was outstanding and we were kept up to date with everything throughout the entire process. I have used other builders in the past and none have been as reliable and trustworthy as Sam. Wouldn't use anyone else!
