We purchased a Whirlpool washer November 2022. We started having issues with it in September of this year. Hamilton Bryan sent out Hamilton Service several times and replaced several different parts. We continued having some of the same problems. We contacted Hamilton Bryan again and was told they would replace the entire washer. I can’t express enough the excellent customer service we received from them. We have used Hamilton Bryan for many years and wil continue to use them in the future.
