Is it possible to give zero stars? I hired Patrick Hamilton last May to do a roof in Boynton Beach. I didn't hear back from him and therefore I called him a few times. Each time I spoke to him he lied to me and said that he was waiting for the permit to come through. He promised to call me when the building permit was issued. Eventually I called the county and learned that he hadn't even applied for a permit until nearly a month later. Horrible experience. I hired Hamilton due to the low price and positive reviews at the beginning of April; my house had a few flat deck leaks. We had to wait for the permit to be approved before they could start the job. Unfortunately for me, they forgot to request the permit until almost two month later. In the meantime, my home kept on getting drywall damage. I agree with the other reviewer. I want to give 0 stars. Hamilton Roofing repaired a roof leak for us, for which we paid $1850.00. The leak persisted. He came back and re-repaired the leak, exact same spot. When the tropical storm hit, we developed a huge leak in the area of his repair. I contacted him with photos. He refuses to come back and inspect it. Instead, he is posting on social media (Next Door) and telling me that this is a "new leak" and "has nothing to do with his repair."
