We were victims of a car theft. It was recovered and towed in here. The young lady (K) that took care of us was very professional and caring. She made everything very easy during our "unpleasant" situation. If I am in need of a tow service again, I would call them.
They saved my butt regardless of my insurance fumbling the ball. I'm not 100% I have the driver's name right, but Marcus is the man. Showed up quick after they got the call and put my car in place on the drive at home.
Steve came to tow our vehicle and was super friendly, professional and did an exceptional job helping us out ! Definitely would use Hamilton again.
The predicament I am in with the death of my mother and it being her vehicle and they were still willing to help. Samantha and Kayla were kind enough to help me out. Being nice in these situations gets you a lot further than having an attitude and being rude.
Extremely helpful, ask for Samantha. Even let me use a cart and trash bags to clean out the card. Highly recommend.
