I attempted to contact the clinic in advance, but it was very difficult to reach anyone. I have since called multiple times and left several voicemails, as I was not aware the clinic had moved out of Jackson Square, and I have a question regarding my appointment, still have not received a response. I’m really not sure why the reviews here are so low. The location in Jackson Square is the only real negative thing about it as it’s not the most pleasant mall to walk through. However it doesn’t affect my rating for the service of here at all! Communication was prompt and clear on the phone the first time I inquired. Decent system in theory for the appointment video chats, but doctor did not show up for mine. Based on previous reviews I can see this is not the doctor’s fault but rather the receptionist and staff. One particular receptionist was short with me and mutter-y while booking my appointment. Also wanted me to personally obtain my medical records instead of them requesting. Strange experience
Will not support referrels out side of Family doctors, so half the things they SAY they can and will do they DO NOT do without Family doctors referrell. Also the lady who answers the phone - does NOT know anything about insurance, OHIP coverage or cash for services... Which means they are NOT there to help women at all
The doctors here are ok but this is a terribly managed clinic. You almost always have to wait despite arriving on time or early for your appointment and it's lucky if they answer one in five of your calls.
