Great customer service work on all bikes and take great care of their Customers
dropped off a bicycles yesterday to be put together. We got it about 75% already together. My fiance showed an associate there photos and was quoted at $30 since, again, the bike was almost fully assembled. We received notice today that the charge is $90. The associate confirmed that we were quoted this price after initially denying it. Associate is refusing to budge on the price saying it needed more work. Fine. get that. If you are in need of a bicycle for any age I have to highly recommend Hamilton bicycles and outfitters. We stopped in here because Jordan needed a bike for College, I went to school with the owners, and I like to support small local businesses. They took the time to make sure the bike was a good fit for her, and showed her the mechanicals, etc. Thank You for the time spent with her to make sure it was the right bike for campus life ❤️! It was also great to catch up with you both!
