I am a former resident and I am beyond grateful and relieved I am finally out of this complex. I would not recommend ANYONE and I mean ANYONE to live here, you’re better off living in your car or somewhere else. If I could leave a negative star I would. Where do I even start, I toured the complex prior to moving in and the unit is NOTHING like the model. I have lived here for about 4 months and I wish I had a positive thing to say. I’ve had issues with A/C, multiple issues with my refrigerator cooling & when I partner to the office or maintenance it feels as if nothing is being done about it. cough this kid about 10 to 13 years old from the building behind the office across the pound tearing the gators signs down and throwing them on the pond its so irresponsible he almost fell in with it , i yelled at him and run inside !
Since Saturday morning, my AC is not working and I went to their office four times already I use less woman was sitting over there with no face expressions all this four times she said they will send somebody to my apartment to fix it , I called nine times to their emergency line end of Sunday night still the AC is not fixed
Disgusting apartment complex. Do not move here please. Mold everywhere!!! First week after moving here my entire kitchen sink fell because it got flooded with disgusting smelly water! My entire floor was flooded with water the tiles lifted up from all the water. Ants and roaches come from all the cracks this apt has!
