Great service and turn around time. Very easy to deal with. After hours drop off and pick up. You can even pay your invoice online after they text you when it's ready.
I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop. Nick and his service is top notch and they took excellent care of my vehicle. I love that they call you to go over the needed repairs and costs, but they also send you the estimate through your phone so you can review and select what work you approve to be done. Then they schedule you for the repair(s) so you don’t have to question whether or not your vehicle will be worked on and/or completed that day. Excellent customer service. We’ve used Hamilton Auto for several of our repairs on different vehicles and Nick has always been great. He has always gotten back to us quickly and is certainly fair on his labor cost. Great communication before they do any work to your vehicle so that you understand what the issues are and what the cost will be. I would definitely recommend them for any of your vehicle repairs.
