Hamilton Auto Glass works very hard to find the right glass for you. There was some confusion when I first started working with them on logistics but it’s all ironed out and they have looked everywhere to find the right glass for my truck. I’m so far very happy with them. Update after install - I was very impressed with Greg’s install. He took very good care of my older truck and installed a classic Ford factory glass perfectly. First experience was great, so when I had a cracked windshield I immediately thought about them again. Unfortunately for at least a month I've been waiting for any information. Initially, I wasn't sure if there was an issue or not. For the last 3 weeks I've reached out and never received any returned messages or texts. Sad because my first experience was so quick and great, but this time was such a lack of communication that I had to do a 1 star. Unfortunately I have to agree with the review before mine. The associate was wonderful on the phone. According to what they had been telling me the owner worked very hard to find me a factory windshield for an older car. When the time came to install no one answered or returned my calls or texts. Maybe a major life event happened but after reading other reviews I think the same has happened to me.
Great job. Gregory is awesome.
