I don’t like to write poor reviews, but wanted to warn people just to be aware… Needed some auto body work desperately, got a referral for Hamilton auto body, and called ahead two months out since I don’t live in Falmouth and had limited time here to fix. Explained details on the phone including timeline/dates I would be available etc. and the owner said it wouldn’t be a problem and he scheduled me to come in on the day I got to town. The WORST customer service EVER! The owner made an appointment for my bumper to be replaced when I went in for a writen estimate. My front bumper has been held on with masking tape since being hit while parked. I made the appointment for my only day off before leaving Cape Cod in mid September. Something I emphasized repeatedly during my visit for the estimate. I arrived at 8:30 this morning to drop off my car for a repair that was scheduled to be fixed/completed today. They were good, and fast. I did not do price comparison before I took it there, since someone else was paying and this is where they (and another friend) recommended. I'd use them again, if I needed auto body work.
Super fast and reliable service. Extremely happy with their work. Dropped my car off to get the door repaired and the next day she was sparkling. Thanks, Gary!
owner is very difficult to deal with. yells at customers and doesn't back up his work. Sorry to say, but two bad experiences here
