Great shop!!! Called on Monday a out an issue with my Ford 6.0 diesel. Went in on Wednesday morning @ 7am. At 7:30 am my truck was diagnosed with injector issues. Parts were ordered and they started on it right away. It was finished on Thursday. While they were working on that they found some other minor problems that they fixed as well. The bill came in $600 less than the estimate. It's been 2 weeks now and my truck runs so good. Very pleased with the whole experience.
I recently had the oil changed on my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox at Hamilton Auto and Diesel LLC in Buckeye, AZ. The service manager honestly pointed out that my serpentine belt needed replacement soon and provided a fair estimate—we gladly approved it. I'm continually impressed by their integrity; they've never upsold unnecessary repairs and have been trustworthy since we first brought a vehicle there after moving nearby in 2015. Their honest practices are a true asset to the Buckeye community!
Great experience at Hamilton Auto and Diesel. Our diesel truck went into limp mode due to a sensor being dislodged. They were quick to address the issue and get us back on the road. There were a couple other areas of concern from their inspection and we really appreciate how they did not try to push anything on us and took the time to review what they found with us in detail. These guys are honest, fair, competent, and thorough. You can trust what they say needs to be repaired because they back it up with diagnostic reports and photos. If something isn't absolutely necessary to be repaired they will tell you to help you save money. Been trusting them with my vehicles for years. I also worked for one of their vendors and I can tell you for a fact they know what they're doing, not just throwing parts on to see if something works like many other shops are doing.
