All the staff here are very friendly which really helps me as the patient stay calm and feel comfortable.
From the ladies checking you in to the person wheeling you out to your ride is very considerate, an compassionate. Thank you all for the hard work you put in even if some are unkind at times. I pray y'all have a very Merry Christmas with your families.
I have had several different surgical procedures at this facility, and my experiences have all been very positive. Highly recommend!
My son had surgery here last week. He is an adult with special needs. Every single person was phenomenal. I felt our concerns were addressed, lots of patience given, and constant communication as his procedure progressed. He even later received a card from the team that worked him! We've only within the last year discovered this medical gem in Dalton. Chattanooga was always our go-to..but not anymore. Our family has now been served in the Heart Center, Endoscopy Center, and Surgery Center. There isn't a single negative thing... read more
