Dr Fala is a great doctor. He has been my primary Dr for last 15 years.
The most incompetent office staff ever! Had an appt., office confirmed it last week, and office canceled appt. at 5 p.m. last night for a 10 appt today.
Have had problems with front office. They are not organized and I ended up getting billed for a visit that never occurred. When questioned about it they pass the buck and never follow through. Not worth it. Dr F is ok, although the PA I had to see was less than people friendly. It was as if I was a nuisance to her. There are better choices out there
Dr. Fala is a dedicated, kind, and knowledgeable doctor that really cares about his patients. Each visit he takes the extra time to review any previous concerns to make sure you stay on track. He always reviews any labs or imaging that was done, and takes the extra time to explain the results. He’s excellent in mapping out a plan to keep you healthy. He’s easy to talk to and never makes you feel like he’s rushed to get to the next patient.
