I think Dr. Fala is a great doctor But unfortunately, his front desk staff has poor communication skills does not return phone calls, and I have continued to cancel numerous times for an appointment. And the last call I made I was hung up on by the answering service after hours I would not recommend this practice due to the frustrations that come along with trying to get into see the doctor.
I’ve been going to Dr Fala for 7yrs now. He gets me thru each year Better than the last year. He even gets that the last 3 months of the year is Holiday Times. Thanks for keeping this Veteran Healthy.
Dr. Fala is a great doctor. Very attentive with his patients. I am coming back with with. I would definitely recommend
Tried to get a refill on my meds today Can't see dr fala for 60 days because I'm self paying and won't have the money till then.so they said I have to come in.itold them I can't come in for 60 days till I get money for self pay.so they couldn't refill my medication till I came in. So I asked if it was OK not taking the medication for 60 days till I get the money to see Dr fala she said she can't give medical advice on the phone..this should be illegal
Alwsys have go back down thier he dont call my prescition in i was just thier sameday. He say he got ..not ...o get tored of u cant even get though to someone in office some lady gets on phone when u do call say she tell fala dont happen. Tjey never pick up thoer phone at the office never get them ...kz
