Dr. Fala is a dedicated, kind, and knowledgeable doctor that really cares about his patients. Each visit he takes the extra time to review any previous concerns to make sure you stay on track. He always reviews any labs or imaging that was done, and takes the extra time to explain the results. He’s excellent in mapping out a plan to keep you healthy. He’s easy to talk to and never makes you feel like he’s rushed to get to the next patient.
I think Dr. Fala is a great doctor But unfortunately, his front desk staff has poor communication skills does not return phone calls, and I have continued to cancel numerous times for an appointment. And the last call I made I was hung up on by the answering service after hours I would not recommend this practice due to the frustrations that come along with trying to get into see the doctor.
I’ve been going to Dr Fala for 7yrs now. He gets me thru each year Better than the last year. He even gets that the last 3 months of the year is Holiday Times. Thanks for keeping this Veteran Healthy.
Dr. Fala is a great doctor. Very attentive with his patients. I am coming back with with. I would definitely recommend
