Hamid is simply the realtor you want to work with. He is not pushy to get a deal done (as opposed to my previous agents) and is very instrumental in assessing the real value of a property. He has a good understanding of the housing market trends, and pros and cons of a given area in the greater Vancouver. He has teamed up with a group of professionals including lawyers and mortgage brokers who were quite helpful in my case when we had to rectify some legal issues. Highly recommended.
