Good Doc overall; however, the assistant, Keona, is less than satisfactory. Initially, she failed to provide a new patient form in a timely manner, delivering it a mere 50 minutes prior to the appointment, while I was en route to the office. This oversight prevented me from completing the necessary paperwork in advance. Furthermore, during my visit, Keona provided multiple non-functional links, demonstrating a lack of attentiveness. My visit with Dr. Haddanzadeh was extremely disappointing. Rather than focusing on my concerns, he repeatedly diverted the conversation to share unsolicited and disparaging opinions about the military based on a documentary he’d seen about Afghanistan. When I attempted to redirect the discussion to my care, he was dismissive, disrespectful, and uninterested in my history. I had a very good experience with Dr Hassenzadeh and team. My cervical disc prolapses were a big problem for me as I had it for 24 years and was suffering from chronic neck pain. Nobody was willing to do surgery on me as I had multiple cervical disc prolapses. As soon as I had my surgery, my neck and whole body pain was gone including my fibromyalgia symptoms. Thank God I had Dr Hassenzadeh to help me. God bless him and his family.
