waited an hour in examination room. he came in and stay in less than 2 min. and didn't seem to care
One of the worst experiences for an elderly woman. We came in to request a replacement for my mother’s medication. While I understand that this particular medication is not available in the U.S., no alternative options or diagnostic tests were offered—except for prescribing antidepressant medication. At no point was it explained to us that these were antidepressants, nor were the associated risks discussed.
