One of the worst experiences for an elderly woman. We came in to request a replacement for my mother’s medication. While I understand that this particular medication is not available in the U.S., no alternative options or diagnostic tests were offered—except for prescribing antidepressant medication. At no point was it explained to us that these were antidepressants, nor were the associated risks discussed. I highly recommend seeing the highly credentialed and rated Dr. Djalilian. The sheduler booked me for an appointment as a new patient 5 months from the day I called based on availability but informed me that given my background as a healthcare provider, she will put me on the waiting list for cancellations. A week later, I missed the call from a back office nurse because my phone blocks any unknown calls not in my contacts and sends them to voicemail. I called back but had to leave a voicemail.
