My elderly mother and I moved to Hames Grand View 5 years ago. It was the best decision we've made! I know when mom is home alone, she is safe and our neighbors will check on her. We did have some concerns about one part of the front sidewalk leading into the office. It was too hard for her manage her walker over the snow next to the curb (without having to go out of the way to get to the handicap ramp). I am pleased to say, we spoke and Hames listened! We have lived here a long time. We have amazing neighbors and a beautiful street. The Hames staff are wonderful, the pantry each week helps so many families in our community. We feel welcome and safe living in this beautiful community. What can I say, it feels like home.

Terrible people. They run their trailer park like it's a prison. They retaliate against any and all that try to complain or try to inquire about something they feel is wrong. The owner herself even proved this to me by her recent actions. I was trespassed by her based on accusations made by the guy I was complaining about and this was before she even investigated to confirm his claims. I tried for an hour to file a complaint but the office was managed by Richard, the man I'm complaining about. She refused to hear my side of ... read more
