Great facility, cardio equipment, spin bikes, lots of free weights, basketball court, racket ball, climbing wall and more
Very nice clean gym. Lots of classes to attend throughout the week.
Great gym! Over the last 17 years I've been going there, and it's been 7 years since since I've been there last until I went this morning. There's soo many improvements and changes that I don't remember seeing last time when I took the Muay Thai class with Ed. Several options. Great selection of equipment. Drop in rate is affordable, along with membership prices (get auto pay). Front desk/payment was a breeze, and the vibe was very pleasant. Will go again :)
