This was the best experience I’ve had working with any automotive shop or dealership! Long story short my transmission in my 2015 Allison decided to go bye bye, so I had it towed over to Mr. Joel and Mr. Terry due to a limp mode the trans ended up losing all of its clutches, they looked high and low to find a good used one for me due to funds being low.
