We looked for an experienced pulmologist and what we found is a very caring and compassionate doctor. Other doctors (part. less experienced) could learn a great deal from his treatment approach of his/her patients. Also, his office employees are friendly and professional.
Dr. Hamer is very professional. I've been his patient for 2 years, and it's easy to see that he really cares about his patients. His staff is wonderful. They make certain that patients are knowledgeable about the visit, and treat each patient respectably.
Staff is condescending, rude, uncaring. I get that Dr. Hamer is busy with COVID however, he is under contract with Humanna to provide care to his patients which, he and his staff are not doing. The office basically closed to patients for 2 months. The person that answers the phone snaps and refuses to believe what we were advised to request from EMS personnel and Telemedicne ER Doctor.
Always timely with appointments. He really listens to your concerns and it is apparent that he cares!
Mal servicio, son poco profesionales, tengo el plan Militar de libre seleccion y pidiendome referidos lo cual es incorrecto. No respetaron mi llamada me hiceron esperar mucho tiempo, para luego contestarme con mala actitud, NO LO RECOMIENDO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Nunca habia tenido una mala experiencia con una oficina medica, lo dejare saber en TRicare Select.
