I worked at Hamer for three months through Kelly Services with option to be hired as Hamer employee. They did not hire me on. Not once, was I ever sat down to discuss my performance- good bad or otherwise. In fact, the only feed back I did receive was positive. So why was I not hired on? Perhaps because I was not available to work overtime on Saturdays, my day of worship.
