Excellent service. Chris was very helpful when I needed some links removed from a tennis bracelet. He also resized a ring for me. Both were done in a timely fashion and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
Never, ever, again. The worst experience I've ever had with a business, hands down. Go elsewhere, anywhere else. Would give a zero, but it's not an option.
No doubt he’s talented , but on a personal note felt very rushed and pushed off when inquiring about selling a watch. Hardly a chance to speak and never got in the door.
We’ve tried to have my husbands automatic watch fixed previously, sent it back to the UK twice and it came back no better. Tried a few jewellers in Vancouver who just shrugged. We were coming back to Newfoundland for a month and on a whim brought it back with us. Chris gave us a detailed explanation as to what he thought was wrong and a price.
