My ‘70s home sports an old-style bulkhead that had a crumbling lid, allowing tons of water and any manner of critter into my cellar. Distressed on where to turn, I called Hamel Fabricating. Ed came right out for a quote, assessed the situation and assured me the bulkhead wrap he’d make up would be the solve I needed along with new railings for the front and side entrances. We needed a larger than standard bulkhead door and Mr. Hamel came to take measurements and color request. He said two weeks. After two weeks he called and said it was all ready. Sure enough it was. Beautiful, sturdy and perfect color. Mr. Hamel and his son did a professional installation. They were friendly and we couldn’t have asked for nicer people to work with. We highly recommend them.
