Awesome staff and great Drs
First day I came in at 8 and waited way past it and the clinic wasn’t open. Of course they don’t have the hours of operation anywhere. Called the clinic many times and it just hangs up automatically The second time I came in, no doctors are here before 12:30… is it like this everyday or what?!
Great doc, great staff. First choice, best choice.
The receptionists are rude. The staff was asking where I was in a condescending tone while I was sitting in the waiting area, and they were speaking very loudly regarding why I was there and other patients could hear them. Their students' NP's are rude and do not practice hand hygiene before touching you. Dr. Khilfeh is a good physician, but he needs to retrain his staff or hire new staff. They also expect you to pay a co-pay to review lab results that can be relayed over the phone.
