Dr Telesford is amazing! But good grief is the front desk ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. These women are careless, rude, and never answer the phone. I’ve never experienced more unprofessional behavior from anyone ever. Grown adults with the attitude of teenagers. Save yourself the trouble and take your health matters somewhere else.

Excellent doctor, but the receptionists they hire are the worst. They almost never answer the phone and when they do, they don't give you good service.

This medical establishment needs an immediate attention the way their office operations are done. Providers and the care is great; however, their staff and administrative operations are very poorly handled that leads to a lot of stress. They do not follow-up, and things are just disorganized and staff is not straightforward. Doctor Telsford is a good man and a good doctor and a brilliant physician he helps his patience to the best of his ability and give it his all, and he helped him remain healthy at all times he helped me a lot with my health and I think him for sincerely he’s a really good doctor and I recommend anybody to go to him in the future for any health concerns.
