We called to get an appointment for our SUV to assess why the battery wouldn't stay charged. The service tech, William, said they'd have to conduct a diagnostic service, which takes about 48 hrs, to determine the cause. So we dropped it off the next day (Wed)...keep in mind the only thing wrong is the battery won't stay charged. William said he'd contact us on Fri to give us an update on what they found. My grandmother had her Traverse serviced here this week. She was told she should have it back within the same day upon dropping it off by the service mechanic. She also spoke to a woman at the desk as well as over the phone, who she said was very short with her and told her that it would be the next day before it’d be finished.
